    ehm

use iphonebrowser or total commander or winscp or cuteftp or anything like such as and go to /var/root/Library/Summerboard/Themes/ and drop your theme folder in there

    if you're on 1.1.1 or 1.1.2, or /var/mobile/Libary/Summerboard/Themes for 1.1.3 and 4

ok first i would suggest you download the iphone browser and install it(some people prefer to SSH but i dont like to connect over wi fi and everything).
then you connect your ipod touch to the computer and open up iphone browser
then you open the folders in this order: /var/mobile/Library/SummerBoard/Themes
Then click on "Themes" and create a new folder and call it whatever your theme is.
Then Click on that new folder and drag your "Wallpaper", "Dock", and "StatusBar" over from the theme folder you downloaded.
Then right click on that new folder and create a new folder called "Icons" (case-sensitive)
Then drag all your icons from the theme folder you downloaded to that Icons folder.

Open SMBPrefs and find the theme you just downloaded and enjoy! any more questions please ask okie?

^so since we seem to be turning this into a crazycompetitionzzz123,

your post had a whole bunch of unnecessary and easy-to-screw-up instructions

you don't need to create a theme folder and create an icon folder and all that crazyness, just drag the theme folder over

    it's already got all that

plus your instructions wouldn't work on 1.1.1/2
