Ok, so I got a a couple albums yesterday and out them onto my jailbroken ipod touch. I was playing this song and started a game up. Then, the screeen turned white and the visual wouldnt change. The ipod still continues with the song and I could hear the ipod click home and slide open (I guess where the slide was when I slid it unlocked). So I was like w/e, i can come home and boot it (I shut it down). I've been trying some JB Tools that used to work for me, but now it doesnt. iTunes recognizes the ipod as in DFU but the tools dont work!
    Help Please!

    Too many processes probably.
next time just try forcing a shut down instead of waiting for it to run out, By the way you probably took a screen shot and it got stuck, happened to my friend.

oh okay, well maybe that was your problem?
you took a screen shot without knowing, plus its jailbroken you probably have themes,Etc. Too much memory being used caused it to freeze and not respond.

@sum_guy Click the home and power buttons at the same time.

And it is a brick. Just shut down manually and then boot up. If it is still bricked, you would have to restore.
