I know that this topic may have been done to death but I have a serious problem with my iPod Touch 2G 2.2.1.

I tried to jailbreak it last night using redsn0w (rslite) and on the second try I made it all the way to the end of the procedure but have now been left with a completely unresponsive device. Neither my Mac at home nor any of the PC's at work will recognize that it is connected when I plug the USB cable in, and holding down home and power for 10, 25, 30 or even 60 seconds does nothing.

I would be very grateful for any input.

Will it turn on at all? Make sure it is charged etc, then try putting it into DFU Mode then restoring - Guide here.

If nothing at all works, then you will have to take it back to apple.

Same thing happened to my ipod touch. last week it just went completely unresponsive and ive tried all the proceedures to reset it and have tryed everything to get any type of responce out of it. I even plugged it into my computer and it wont even recognise that its plugged in. The only differance between his problem and mine is it isnt jailbroken.
