Name your theme, Call it Chalkboard.theme
So this is how it would look if you want to package it right, just for icons.

    Chalkboard.theme
    -Icons
->This is where you put the icons, make sure you name them properly.

Hmm.....icons dont seem to be working...This is how i set it up

    Main Folder: Chalkboard.theme
    Sub-Folder: Icons
Contents of Sub-Folder: Icons like, Mail.app, Preferences.app, etc.

These are just the .png's that go into the icons folder right?
This is how the file names look: Preferences.app.png, the .png at the end bugs me =[

You have to name them EXACTLY how they are on the SpringBoard. Like "Safari" you would do "Safari.png" or "App Store" you would do "App Store.png". It would be the same for each application. Just make sure they are EXACTLY how they are on the SpringBoard.

Also, some apps have special names such as MobileMail, etc.
Use rename or poof to find the exact names. Or ssh into /Applications.
For a background, just place "Wallpaper.png" in the main folder of the theme. Not in icons.

Well if you use the SSH method that is not going to work all the time. It doesn't grab the name from the application. It all matters on how the app is named on the SpringBoard. Trust me it works all the time.
