I am in need of assistance for some good headphones that are less then 50 dollars(US Dollars) and must have a remote, but if possible, can have a mic. Some headphones I am considering was the apple in ear headphones?(My friend is willing to sell it to me for 45) or the Sony MDR-EX38iP which can be found here:

    http://www.amazon.com/Sony-MDREX38iP-WHI-Earbud-Control/dp/B002M78JAC/ref=pd_cp_e_1

If there is anything bad about these headphones, I am more then happy to know about why they are bad as well as taking suggestions on some good headphones.

Help would be greatly Appreciated!! :]

I bought some a while back, they are comfortable, fit well, but they have little bass, which for me is terrible, since i listen to rap, but if you are someone who listens to music without bass, then I recommend them.

Ive tried those sony's. They sound muffled with less sound than the stock apple headphones. take a look at this though, might help. http://reviews.cnet.com/best-earbuds-for-under-$100/

Hares something to look at that will blow those sony's away. I paid 60 for these sennhiser cx 300 mk ii's and they ware good. They have a y cord so one cord goes over your neck.

And I have these white cx 400 mk ii's that I paid 30$ for. The white makes them look cheep and they have a crapy volume controll but they sound great for 30$. The list price is 100. http://www.amazon.com/Sennheiser-Hi...3?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1275434325&sr=8-3,

honestly i would go with Skullcandies even though they dont have earbuds.

i saw somewhere on the forum of a site that sold goey earbuds with a mic, and remote for about $20.

if you really want you could just by the standard Apple earphones for $30. have a mic and everyting.

Were you talking about the Sony Headphones or the Apple Headphones?

I currently have skull candies, and I think they are great, but they are just missing the remote, I would go with headphones, if I didn't have to make the music so loud, because with earbuds, I can make it 1/4 and hear it quit fine on my itouch, but with headphones, I have to make it at least 3/4 and maybe even full depending on the environment to hear them well.

Skull-candy has many ear-buds... And I WOULDN'T go with them. They are "all flash and no substance."

I would say the Sony MDR-EX300's, but they don't have a remote... They are $45 however on Amazon.com...

I agree. Every pair of scull candies ive tried have sounded worse than my stock ipod headphones exept for one over the ear set. I would get these apple in ears for only 40$ if my headphone jack worked. I hear good things about them on audio file forums. http://www.amazon.com/Apple-M9394G-...3?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1275711139&sr=8-3

I grabbed the same ones (but in black) the other day, and they are the most comfortable earbuds I've ever had (haven't really had many). The sound is not bad, but the bass is below average as someone already mentioned. For the price though, I think they're pretty good.

1 downfall though: The volume control thingy doesn't work.
