help on discover apps (kinda like air share)... please...

    i already turn on the wifi in my laptop and ipod. but my ipod detect no wifi. does my wifi needs to connect to the internet, or the laptop? cos i dont have wifi internet in my house. so how to transfer files to my ipod? the instruction in their website didnt work.
    and, is there any way i can transfer files to my ipod? like pdf and stuff? thanks a lot guys.

    You need WiFi to copy the files onto the iPod unless you use something like DiskAid to copy files into the Photos folder. If you do it this way, Discover can read the files in the Photos folder without issue.
