Delete Vista and install XP. Its that easy.

Have you tried uninstalling the USB driver ?
    Perhaps even reinstalling it ?
Have you used the time machine built into Vista to back date it to before you messed it up ?
Are other devices working in the USB ports ? ie: mouse/keyboard/etc ?
You have searched here for the other 1300 threads on the same subject ?
Quick question. If you cant find USB or PS2 devices... how are you typing ? Perhaps another computer ?

The computer is turned on yeah ?

Just boot into safemode (hold F8 on startup) and do a system restore.

well im not entirely sure how to fix you current problem but i can tell you that next time you need to install libusb in compatibility mode with Windows XP SP2, otherwise it will do precisely what it did to your computer

his keyboard doesnt work, how's he supposed to hold F8

EDIT: Your going to have to try to get a non usb keyboard, its the only way your going to be able to do anything, even restore

It works before i enter safe mode/normal mode

    EDIT:
Ok i tryed using my s2 keyboard again and during startup, i got this: WINDOWS FILED TO START!!!

    File: \windows\sysem32\config\system
    status: 0xc00000e9
info: widnows failed to load because the system registry file is missing, or corrupt

    WTF!!!

damn, that sucks, libusb is such a horrible thing for vista, i installed it in compatibility mode and i still got blue screen on shutdown, i had to disable my tablet driver for it to stop, but now i cant use my computer for its main purpose, writing on it

your probably going to have to try a fresh restore, you might be able to back up some of your files before the restore, i know when i restored my computer it prompted me to backup files first but i guess that just depends on the computer
