Hey, I've been lurking around these forums for quite some time now and I decided to make an account now. Also I have a problem with gpsPhone v5.0.0
I don't have any wifi so I downloaded a copy from a thread here and SSH'ed it to my ipod touch along with the bios is the right directory and ROMs are in the right directory. Though everytime I try to run it, the loading screen appears for like 2 seconds then returns to the spring board. I've tried rebooting it, running in safe mode, changing permissions to 777, re installing and it does nothing. I used to run 3.6.5 around last week but it wouldn't save. So it would be helpful if anyone knows how to make it work.

I SSH'd with my macbooks Airport. I don't have wireless router internet. So I'm wondering how can I get it to work.
You can also SSH via USB with something like Disk Aid

If you open /private/var/mobile/Documents/ you should find a file called mobclix.db (Or something similar, I can't remember the exact name..) Delete this. It fixed the exact same problem I had with mine
