My iPod touch is frozen. It won't cut off for nothing. I tried to charge it and it won't charge. I can't change to another app or anything.

What do I need to do??

    TIA

You could try a hard reboot, or you could wait for the batteries to run out.

How long has it been frozen? If it has been for more than 10 minutes, don't panic. It may just turn off.

Step One: Open iTunes and connect the iPhone to your Mac.
Step Two: Press and hold the Home button and the Sleep/Wake button at the same time.
Step Three: After exactly 10 seconds release the Sleep/Wake button. Continue holding the home button until you iTunes pops up a message telling you that it has detected an iPhone in recovery mode.

The iPhone screen will remain black
