go into DFU mode, connect to the computer, hold the power and home button for 10 seconds, right after that let go of power but keep holding home and then wait until it connects to your computer

Um, idk what Russian man your talking about but... Yeah, go into DFU mode, that should fix it, then re-jailbreak it if you still want to.

Had the same problem, restore, and make sure that you are on a non jailbroken 2.2 then just jailbreak again =D

    Hey,

    Was this issue resolved?

Not sure if this works but I think it does: It did for a friend, anyways.

Turn off your iPod Touch. Re-boot your computer, with the iPod Touch Plugged In.

After, close all other programs down and open up iTunes.

You're ipod should be on, if not, turn it on.

Go to the name of you're ipod in iTunes: Example "Brendan", for me.

You should see a pop-up or a page there that states that there's a firmware update available, would you like to download it? (Click Okay or Yes).

    Let it do the update,

After it's all done, eject your iPod from iTunes, turn it off and turn it back on.

    Hope this helped,

Goodluck!- Don't take it into an Apple Store, my friends sister had this issue with her jailbroken iPod Touch and it turned out that they wrote down her serial number and contacted apple and notified them, it voided the warranty.
