    Hi,
My iPod Touch has a pretty deep scratch on the screen and I tried everything to get rid of it.
Because nothing worked I contaced the Apple Support and I sent them my iPod.
When they sent it back the scratch still was there.
I think they didn't understand what my problem was.
What am I supposed to do now?
    Thanks in advance.

Send it back again and make sure they understand the problem is a scratch on the screen.

if not you can buy some scratch removers but i think these are for surface scratches only.

    good lucky anyway

Scratches are permanent. You will have to get your screen replaced, if even possible. Scratches cannot be removed they are pieces of a surface that have been damaged and basically carved out if you will and are no longer there. It's not a smudge that can be wiped by a solution.

And I'm pretty sure scratches aren't covered by warranty... word to the wise - get a frickin screen protector!

I did but my iPod got scratched before there were any screen protectors available here.
