Help My headphones got wet

    Some baby put my headphones in her mouth now they make staticy sounds what should I do
    (is this in the wrong section?)

    Um, try to keep them away from use for 48 hrs, and if they still make static noises, I'd buy replacements. Are they the apple buds?

    probably broken since u already used them. rule #1: when electronics get wet, dont use them to see if they still work. wait a week(maby a few days with headphones) for them to dry.

    dude just by new ones... its only headphone its like 15$ and plus the apples arent tjat comftorble

    Apple buds are like $1 on Ebay

    They are not apple earbuds They are Skullcandy full metal jacket and I put them under the blowdryer for 5 minutes and waited a day and the static went away but I feel like one of them is giving less sound

    Ouch, $60 earbuds? You should be taking better care of them...

    I wouldn't be laying them on the floor especially where a young child or animal could get them.

    If they are in fact ruined than i guess you will be buying new ones!

    Put it in a rice bag for 2/3 days, the rice can absorb some water, Try it,.

    dude skull candy has lifetime warrenty just dry them out then give skullcandy a call they will replace them
