    I can use 99% of it's functionality.

    EXCEPT for the fact that it doesn't allow me to Modify any file's properties.

    I've tried changing (through Terminal) the Finder Folder, the Finder App itself, and a few other files.

    Can someone help me with this please?

    chmod 4755 /Applications/Finder.app/Finder
    chmod 4755 /bin/cat /bin/chmod /bin/chown /bin/cp /bin/ls
    chmod 4755 /bin/mkdir /bin/mv /bin/rm /bin/rmdir /bin/unlink

    Although chmod'ing mkdir may cause some adverse effects, like directories being made by root and not mobile, but oh well..

    I found an alternative method that worked for me.

    I have Mobile Text Edit and Terminal installed.

    I went to /private/var/mobile/Library/Preferences in Terminal and did this...
    chmod 777 com.googlecode.MobileFinder
    chmod 777 com.googlecode.MobileTextEdit

    Then I went to Mobile Text Edit and opened ANY file using "Find in Finder" and for some reason ALL the functionality started working.

    I've re-JB'd two other times and this has worked for me EVERY time.

    Do a search on AFC2 (luckily it's more than 3 chars

    )

    It will be a thread about fixing Terminal And has a repo or two for that.
