Hello, i was in the middle of jailbreaking my itouch 1.1.5 with ziphone, it already rebooted and it was running all the code lines in the screen and then suddenly something happened , ive no idea what, and it stopped, and the ipod screen froze on :

"Singleuse boot -- fsck not done
    Root device is mounted read-only

If you want to make modifications to files:
    /sbin/fsck -fy
    /sbin/mount -uw /

If you wish to boot the system:
    exit

Nov 1 {shows the hour} Launched[186]: can't exec /bin/sh for single user: No such file or directory "

I cant do absolutely NOTHING ! i cant shut it down, i cant write in it , the ipod is not responding AT ALL !

    Please help me !!!

for DFU plug your ipod into your computer.. the computer will recognize it but itunes won't, then hold the home button for 5 seconds then hold both buttons until the screen turns off then wait 1 second and release the top button continuing to hold the home button for 20+ seconds or until itunes recognizes it, it should say something like Itunes has detected an ipod in recovery mode you must restore this before you can use it, click restore and let it do its thing. Then i agree with the post above update to 2.1 its where its at!

Edit: keep trying, sometimes it doesn't work for me the first time.
