Did you port forward on your router?

Just follow the manual setup method on Jaadu's website, works fine. The PC app doesn't seem to work well at all.

You need to enable port forwarding to your PC, and open port 5900.

Do you have a Linksys router?
If so, type 192.168.84.1 into your URL bar on a web browser.

Then, type 'admin' as the user name and password.
Go to Gaming and Forwarding (something like that).
Add one in the list, name it VNC and open port 5900.
Put your PC's IP address in it.
    Check the 'enable' box.

It SHOULD work. That was a description in a nutshell.

Of course, somebody may have tinkered with the settings and set a password, and if that has happened (or you don't even have a Linksys router to begin with), I can't help you.

You can also go to Jaadu's help page, which can be found here:

Just BTW you don't need that jaadu connect utility just download the bonjour and the tight vnc. Set up the password with the tight vnc then just go on the jaadu vnc app on your ipod and your done!
