iPhone 3GS HELP! iTunes 9.2 problem with my 3GS

    ok so my problem is that when i plug it in the pc, it says "set up your iphone". i do not want to set up again. firstly i suspected my cable was at fault because its is in a very bad condition. so i bought a new one (original) and it dosent work still. im using a 3gs ios4, itunes 9.2. pics of the old cable and the screen showed when i plug my phone in.

    First off let me start by saying that is one sexy picture of your cable. the Cable in the light but a dark, black background. Second off, just click Set Up as a new iPhone. all that is there will be left alone.
