    Hey everyone,

So I'm not new to an iPod Touch. I've had it for a very long time. For some reason, I can't restore my iPod Touch no matter what I do

    > The iPod Touch was a 2nd Generation (with early bootrom)
    > The iPod was running firmware 3.1.2 when I tried restoring.
    > It was jailbroken using Spirit, but I didn't really install any dangerous packages from Cydia.
    > The computer I tried restoring on was Windows 7. (If that matters at all)

The funny thing is I've restored my iPod plenty of times before on the exact same computer without any troubles at all. Just now it decides to act weird. I have tried restoring to a custom .ipsw AND just restoring regularly.

Also, I don't even get an error messaging. It just gets stuck at the very end during the restoring process and stays that ways for hours.

Please, any help would or suggestions would be useful. Thanks a lot

EDIT: OMFG, after uninstalling the desktop client of Wi-Fi sync everything works fine! Wi-Fi Sync must of been causing some kind of problem! I wouldn't recommend Wi-Fi Sync to anyone anymore.

If you read this all for nothing, thanks anyway

Actually, the developer of Wi-Fi Sync said on the site that it should be uninstalled when restoring.
