I was using AppFlow, and I turned the ipod sideways to scroll through the apps, and then it froze. It is stuck on Address Book, and it won't even turn off. What should I do? Thanks

Hold Power and Home until the screen turns blank. THEN IMMEDIATLEY REMOVE YOUR FINGERS FROM POWER AND HOME OR IT WILL GO TO RECOVERY. They turn your iPod back on.

Thank you so much, I was scared at first to do this because I thought it would go into recovery mode, but it worked. Thanks again

If you put it in recovery mode by accident, you can just reboot, and it will work again. Idiot.

I can never get my iPod out of recovery mode, no matter how many times I restart it. And it wasnt in DFU too, because it had the iTunes and USB pic.

Don't work. ZiPhone didn't recognize. Nor did the other jailbreaking apps.
