HELP!!! iPod not responding at all!!

    So i upgraded my software to the new 3.0. it was installing on my ipod and then the screen just turned completely black!! i tried putting it in DFU mode but home and power button wouldn't work! I also tried to restore it on my computer but when i plugged my iPod in my computer didn't recoginize it!

    I can't go to an apple store because i don't live near one. Please HELPP!!

    Retry DFU mode. It will always be possible to get into DFU mode

    just do dfu mode correctly and problem solved, watch a tutorial or something.

    DFU mode never fails. And i had the same problem. DFU mode and try again. On the third time it worked for me.

    how do you get your ipod in dfu mode??

    if the home button does not work, dfu mode does not work lol... you cant get into it without the home...
