HELP? install backup touch 2g

    Hi Guys,

    i need MASSIVE help here, i was f*cking around with my touch 2G trying to jailbreak it, well that worked after a lot of swearing but i was installing a lot of things it crashed restored it with itunes now it works fine again so it is not jailbroaken right now but i had a lot of information in my calender and i have a back up of that but how do i install it.

    i can see the back up in the preferences menu but i cannot instal it or i am doing something wrong.

    well can u restore is cuz otherwise i was holdin pwr

    yes i can restore but not with the back-up i want, it went back in factory settings so my calender is empty

    Well you should be able to restore to a backup.

    Why not just restore again and use the back-up? it's not that hard

    whne u sync everytime u plug you pod into your comp is shud have backd up atleast oncee so restore link in sign.. and whne donr restoring restore back up?

    Yes, in the summary tab, hit restore. When prompted, hit okay. It'll restore to your last backup.

    so how do i use the back-up

    after the restore is done, iTunes should give you two options: Restore from a backup or use factory settings, choose the first one

    now itunes if F*CKING with me, it says itunes cannot recover this backup error code -30 (don't know if this is the acurate translation i don't have the english version)
