Help: I Have Deleted System Files...

    During my FTP connection to my Touch, I commit a mistake and I have delted all the files in the Frameworks direcory!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    Now, when I turn on my iPod, there are a lot of MSDOS like instunctions... and it does not work any more...

    Please Help!!!!!!

    Can you still get to your files with FTP becuase if so then we can probably e-mail copies of the framework files to you.

    I think tha it is impossible for me to connect via FTP, because it is impossible for me to make a wifi connection. The menu is no more avaiable :-(

    Sounds like you're going to need to restore your ipod back to it's original settings, see if you can?

    I have also deleted the 'var' shortcut in the root directory and my freezes when i unlock it and turns off again. Doesn't see it in iTunes and all I need to do is add teh shortcut back. Can't even restore... Im worried about it now. Anyone?

    You can always do a forced restore of your touch. It's pretty much impossible to "brick" your iPod unless you take it apart and start soldering stuff... There's a sticky in one of these forums (I forgot which, search is your friend

    Tried the manual restore (Switch off + ome button untill the irunes connect comes up). Worked perfectly and my beloved Touch is back...

    Finally it works again!!!
    I have done the "Hard Reset" and it resolve all the problems!
