Help i deleted my var folder !!

    OH f***>.... ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE !!! I deleted some redirection folder from my ipod touch, it was a "/var" folder that redirection to "/private/var" and my ipod is crazyy !!! how i can crate this folder "/var" that link the folder "/private/var" ???

    If you deleted just the /var symlink, I think you can just recreate it and you're good. From what you told us, you didn't delete the actual directory, just the symlink.


    Create a symlink in / that links to /private/var.

    how the f*** do u delete var? lawl? plug it in and restore it. if not maybe ask some1 to send u there var file i dunno lawl.

    Stop telling him to restore. He should be fine if he recreated the /var symlink.

    Open up putty and enter this command.

    ln -s /private/var var

    That should work.
