Help! I actually HAVE bricked my iPod!

    Though I feel you don't deserve help for posting this same exact thread after so many others have... just hold both buttons to turn it off, then plug it in while holding the home button to put it in recovery mode. Restore.

    yeah, except its not bricked...

    if its stuck in a boot loop, let it go untill the bat.. dies, and DFU> restore.

    It's not bricked.

    I do that, and it doesnt boot into restore. It boots to apple logo, and back off and on AGAIN.

    I would not post this If i did not seriously need help.

    Listen man you can do exactly as I tell you, or continue to freak out, and repluse any beings that may actually want to help you... I've been in the jailbreaking scene since day 1 and I know my stuff. You can **ALWAYS** put it in DFU mode. Keep that in mind.

    another one of these... DFU is always possible....
    home and sleep/wake for ten, release sleep/wake hold another ten... restore in itunes...

    I do! as soon as power is hit it boots into apple logo.
    I cannot DFU. I have tried EVERYTHING.

    As I said before.
    I have jailbroken a 2G 10+ times.
    I, of all people, should know its not brickable
    (UNLESS files You NEED are deleted)
