i accidently replaced the system directory in my ipod touch so now it wont boot up!
i tried total commander and still no success!

    critical! any help is apreciated!

i actually made my original system folder in the / (root) directory system.old and replaced it with another one...
is there any commands that can switch it back?
    maybe using iphuc?

    plz tis is urgent

try iphonebrowser, although I'm guesing if total commander didn't work theres little chance of iphonebrowser working.

Or, you could just do a restore, although I'm guessing ur trying to avoid that as you would lose your apps.

I have two folders in my /(root) directory, one called system and the other system.bak (the one i need)
i need the iphuc commands to delete system, and then rename system.bak to system...
