    Hi! Thanks for taking the time to actually read my thread.
    Today, I was curious about the whole gpSPhone/gb4iPhone situation so I decided I would try it myself. I wanted to test some cheat codes out and I heard that cheats were usable in the gpSPhone. I downloaded some .cht files and as I opened up iPhoneFolders I came across a big problem.
    So, I go to var/root/media/and then it should say ROMs/gba.
    It doesn't say ROMs so I can't load ROMS or Cheats on to my iPod.
    Any reason why this isnt working?
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Now, it wont let me download anything gpSPhone related. Iy says like http or whatever forbidden.

    Try using a different program to SSH into your iPod? That might work.

    I can't really SSH w/ any other device because everything else malfunctions or whatnot.

    Yo, I'll see if I can try to help. So you know, I use WinSCP to SSH, and I've never had any problems. When I first tried using gpSPhone, I couldn't find my ROMs. Maybe this is your issue, maybe not, but I found out that there's a folder called /private/var/mobile/media/ROMs/GBA/, and there is a folder called /var/mobile/media/ROMs/GBA/. They aren't the same, and you have to make sure it's not under the /private/var/mobile... one, only /var/mobile...

    @helehole,
    No, as long as you actually own the games, (or say you do) you are allowed to download roms as long as you actually have a copy of the game

    ROMs can be talked about, as long as its not about where to get them.
    I'm not sure if the most recent emulators make all the folders for you, but I remember back in the day you actually had to make a GBA/GB/SNES folder, that could be the problem.
