[Help] Getting SSH to work

    I installed Services and Open SSH, but its not working. I cannot seem to connect =[

    Problem Solved!! I needed to reboot my iPod (i never had to do that before after installing SSH sorry for creating a new thread about this =/

    Is the ipod's IP correct? Is the username "root" and the password "alpine"?

    Is the iPod connected to wifi?

    My error message is:
    Network Error:
    Connection Refused

    I am using Win SCP

    try restarting the client and the ipod

    Duh? I've always had to reboot for ssh to work. Glad u got it fixed

    i'm in the same boat. as of yet, i haven't come across a method that works. it only worked the one time after jailbreak.

    So when I try to SSH with boss tools or services the SSH option just goes away. What should I do?

    It goes away because you haven't installed OpenSSH yet!

    ugh ssh keeps working like on and off its weird

    Before I spend weeks looking in the "all packages" list, any idea what directory OpenSSh is under?
