I am trying to connect my ipod to my computer using a wireless connection. My ipod can use wireless, and both are connecting to the same computer. I have itunes looking for ipod touches. I am using itunes 8 and my itouch has 2.01. I am using a laptop to receive the wireless connection, and then it is sharing it with my desktop computer via crossover cable. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

To remotely access your pc via ipod touch, you need a vnc viewer on your ipod. The cheapest for its quality app that I know of is mocha lite vnc. It's free and works pretty well. Just find out your LOCAL ip address of your computer/mac, not your external, and punch that in into the host address when adding a host in mocha lite vnc app on your ipod. If you have any problems drop me a pm
