Help getting Cydia+Installer Back

    I accidentally disabled the cydia and installer apps from bossprefs... now I cant get them back because I also disabled bossprefs

    its stupid i know but is there a solution? i restored to a non-jailbroken version (all my disabled apps appeared) and then jailbroke it again, and all the apps dissappeared

    @mieraisamazing i'm not sure what you mean by redsnow 0.3 :S ... however, i did try this

    none of the jailbroken apps (eg installer, cydia) seem to be there, and a few of the apps that I disabled have dissapeared

    @Nburnes by doing the step above, I completely restored my iPod, and then rejailbroke it. The apps were still not there

    im saying go to redsnow.com
    download the *******. (you will need limewire or u*******)

    then plug ur ipod in and run the program and follow the directions

    You restored to a completely fresh 2.2.1 firmware then set it up as a new ipod then re-jailbroke?

    if its a itouch 2g use quickfreedom to make a custom isp or whatever the firmware is and in options when making it put add installer it automatically has cydia but when the custom firmware is done you will nedd to restore using it
