There's no reason for it not to be found by search. Search veency in Cydia and that should be it. Otherwise, (if you can), In Terminal run apt-get install veency.

Change your Cydia settings to developer.

well i cnt find it in search.
so i tried "apt-get install veency"
    and i got:
E: could not open lock file /var/lib/dpkg/lock - open (13 Permission Denied)
E: Unable to lock the administration directory (/var/liv/dpkg/), are you root?

um help? cuz i dnt think typing in, "YES NOW GIVE IT TO ME" will help.

Are you actually logged in as root?

In Terminal, login as root by issuing the following commands:

    Code:
    su root
    alpine
    Then, issue

    Code:
    apt-get install veency
    If that doesn't work,

    Code:
    apt-get remove cydia
    Yes, do as I say!

    apt-get install cydia

ok i logged in as root and did it and it says (the 2nd time i tried)

    reading packages....building dependancy tree...

veency is already the newest version.
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 7 not upgraded.

W: couldnt stat source package list http://d.mobile.cinema.com ./ Packages (/var/lib/apt/lists/d.mobilecinema.com_._Packages) - stat (2 no such file or directory)
W: you may want to run apt-get update to correct these problems

It's not something that can go in the Applications folder. Try removing veency via the command line.

    Code:
    su root
    alpine

    apt-get remove veency
Also, try opening a VNC connection to your iPod and see if it actually opens.
