    Karma comes RIGHT back around.

Change the permissions of all your apps to 775, or try to root:wheel them.

No I didn't know how to SSH apps into my iPod so I tried, then I couldn't so I deleted my Applications folder and made another.

Because the first application folder lead somewhere else and I couldn't go there now it's stuck on the boot logo I think. HELP.

I also really don't want to restore, please help...

Wow, all you had to do was clear your cache.
Why would deleting your whole Applications folder help?
It's not like they regenerate magically..

    Have fun restoring.

A restore is needed, unless you resort to illegal downloaded files. Which is against site rules to distribute.

SSH would help if you had a copy of the stock Applications, but any applications installed via Cydia will be gone also.
Posting a copy of the folder would be illegal though, and, unless you're on a Mac, decrypting the filesystem disk image is complicated.
