I need a way to downgrade from 4.0 to 3.1.3 or 3.1.2. My iPod Touch has never been on 3.1.3 but I still want it to be on 3.1.3 if possible and no I didn't backup my SHSH blobs is there any way I can do it without them?

Ok I have iTunes 9.2 and I have the 3.1.2 Firmware for my Device. But how do I downgrade it? I already put the Device into DFU Mode and Recovery Mode then hold Shift then click Restore and select both the Firmwares and I get error code 3194.
