I'm on 2.1. I deleted the MobileFinder directory without realizing that the Application directory and all the apps in it would be deleted, too. I had the fonts and apps dir. symlinked ages ago with bossprefs if that helps. What can I do?
iFunbox doesn't seem to make a backup of the deleted files like iphonebrowser used to do. Everything was so perfect I don't want to reinstall everything again.
    Help. Help.

If you delete a symlinked file, it doesnt delete the source of the symlink.

    Yes it does.

They are gone. var/stash/application. var/stash/themes. everything. private/var/mobile/applications: the appstore apps are still there.

Anyone know what directory on my pc iFunbox may have saved the files? I had a good look and can't find anything

    thanks

I know that winscp saves deleted stuff in the temp folder, so check there.
