Help, Cydia deleted my apps!

    So I was installing a program on Cydia and the screen went black and said that it was in recovery mode, i reloaded my springboard and all the Apple default apps are gone! No Mail, Settings, MUSIC, or anything! Someone please help

    You should SSH into your iPod and see what's there. Also, a reboot or a respring can't hurt.

    rebuild cache (i cant remember the cmd for it at the moment)


    Check out whts going on with your ipod using finder

    I can't ssh, How do i respring? How to rebuild cache?

    do you have sbsettings installed? also try a reboot

    open it up and hit respring

    Its not on my springboard
    edit:Nevermind... but it didnt help anything. My fonts are all different and apps are still gone. I cant do a restore because my brother has the laptop with itunes

    have you tried a reboot? If that doesn't help open Sbsettings, go to More, then Hide icons and see if your applications are there

    Reboot as in off and on? Yes

    Yes my apps are there in hide icons and it even says theyre there
