So whenever I click check for updates the 2.0.1 software starts to download, but after 2-10 minutes downloading, the download stops! Then, next to the Re-Load button, it says: zero KB of 246.7 MB - stopped (err = 3259). What's that? Why can't I update? What can I do to fix this and update? Thanx in advance.

I'm having this exact problem as well. It was doing the same thing when i tried updating to 2.0 firmware and then one day it just went through. I'm not sure what the deal is and i was wondering if anyone could help.

When you're on a jailbroken 2.0, I've heard you must either restore to 2.0 or restore to a custom 2.0.1. Not sure if it's either or one in particular.

that's strange. worked fine with me.

It was the same for me but I got so annoyed that I just got the firmware via a different route.

If it's jailbroken, restore it. If not, just keep trying to update.... just restore it if all else fails, then update.
