Haven't posted here in ages...but I decided to update my Ipod software via Itunes and when iTunes was installing the new software I got the Ipod Cannot be Restored Error 14 message...It's in restore mode and I tried to downgrade it to 1.1.1 but its not working...

Actually, you need to put it into DFU Mode.

Turn off the iPod, then hold down both the home and power buttons together and the second you see the Apple logo appear on the screen let go of the power button.

That would be the first screen that shows up after I do that right Only asking because I used quickpwn i believed and had the custom bootscreens, so im not really sure. But i can say that when I do it, the first screen i see is the picture of it asking you to plug the ipod into itunes~ i've been doing retrying this and everytime i try to restore, it gives me the cannot restore ipod error 14.. so sad!! i had this baby ever since launch day
