Hello, a few weeks ago i Jailbroke my 2g iPod Touch and Today i Turned it off, and i Tried to reboot it as usual. I have done this alot before. The first step is to put it in DFU mode. So i tried to do that, sevral times, but every time i attempted it, the iPod was unresponsive. i cant reboot it, because it wont go into DFU mode, and i can't Restore it with iTunes because iTunes wont detect it. Because it's not on. It's a vicious circle. Can anyone help me please?

its NOT bricked. the way you brick it is when you delete crucial files from the root partition that cannot be restored from any IPSW.

umm, did your computer detect a device (recognized or unrecognized, dont matter) plugged into the USB port?

We need a sticky that explains it's almost impossible to "brick" an iPod Touch. Some people read them... =/

Yes it said this device can perform faster if plugged into a 2.0 usb port, but usually another screen pops up on my computer that says Apple iPod. so i dont know
