help about jailbreaking

    guys, i need some help with jailbreaking, first of all i have an ipod touch 2g, and i really want to jailbreak it, so first of all, do you think i should jailbreak it now or wait for quickfreedom to have a non-beta version? and second question,in quickfreedom, does my ipod touch need to be connected to the pc through all the process? and third quiestion- what is the best jailbreaking program? thnx for all!

    Just use quickfreedom, it never fails, and the iPod needs to be connected for most of the process.

    I second that. The process took about 30 minutes, from start to finish, which included download 2.11 firmware and backing up the existing.

    Very painless......

    Winterboard and SBSettings are my favorite apps from Cydia, which comes installed when you jailbreak your iPod, it's a cool thing to do. =]
