Hey I've got an iPod Touch 16GB, unjailbroken and I was wondering what could possibly take up that heap of memory. I want to put on new videos/music onto my iPod but I can't because I don't have enough memory.

do a clean restore of the ipod, the "other" data was put onto the ipod after a backup was applied to it. Fer whatever reason, backups don't work every time =\

Just SSH into your iPod, and look in the music folder, and see if it was duplicated.
