Hello! Is it to early to ask for help?

    Hello everybody and thanks for letting me join the community.

    But I already have a problem which hopefully some of you will be able to help me with. As stated in my device window, I have a 2G iPod touch running ver. 2.2.1, which is jailbroken. It has been that way for a while, but now I am encountering a problem. When i sync with iTunes, the display window of iTunes says "Verifying 'jets333's iPod touch'" with a scrolling bar underneath. It has been at it for a while, and I am not sure what to do about it.

    Any possible help would be greatly appreciated and, once again, thank you for welcoming me into the community.
