I am having an issue with my headphones. I know it's my iPod because my headphones work on my friends, witch has the same one I do. Also, the portable battery that I use doesn't work, my iPod gives me the error "charging not supported with this device"

    any fix for this?

Maybe if you create one thread? Try a different pair of headphones.

The charger case does not support your iPod.

I have tried a different pair of headphones. It's the headphones with voice control. Arty about the threads, my iPod feels the need to post more than one..... Not the sound that's messed up, just the controls on the headphones.

The battery is portable. And it worked before jailbreak.
It's not a case. It's a legit small portable battery

    Then it's the headphones.

I understood it was a case, sorry. Restore then see what happens?

Restoring fixes software problems, not hardware. To OP: Try different pairs of headphones, and if none of them work take it to apple.

It's not the headphones. My headphones work on other pplz just not mine. And vice versa no remote headphones work on my iPod. The sound works. Just not the remote part. I think It might actually be a software problem

Restore and see if it works then. If not, take it to apple.

Some portable batteries do not work with the ipod touch 2nd and 3rd gen. I do know that the Solar Freeloader Pro [I think that is the name] from [thinkgeek.com] works with 2nd and 3rd gen ipod touches. There is one [PPU2100B] from Lenmar that CANNOT charge 2nd and 3rd gen ipod touches.
