I has an Ipod Touch 16gb.

It's the first and only Apple product I've ever had. It's not bad at all.

What's the best alternative to itunes?

I just need to get my songs to the ipod, and itunes is stupid.

He's probably on Windows, as iTunes does suck on Windows.

    Yea, I'm on windows.

the main reason I'm not liking itunes is that it wouldn't put the backup of the one legit cd i have on the touch because it's protected.

what kind of nonsense is that?
    ------------------double post merged------------------
why does it take itunes a horrendous amount of time to copy a cd?

jesus media player can rip and burn a copy in the time it takes.
