Well I have jailbroken my other Ipods but when I just start to on my 8gb one it says waiting for reboot and never reboots all it has is a white screen. I have used .7 .71 .72 and now am trying .8 on redsnow still no luck. Do you guys think that it is the Ipod?

Try DFU Restore to a clean 3.0,
    Then try it again..

That happened to me, basically DFU, restore, and try again.

EDIT: lol just noticed somebody else said that.

It still won't reboot for me. I am gonna try it with my 32 gb and see if it works. My 16gb did.

well when I put my 32gb into dfu mode my computer says installing device drivers and it works. My 8gb wont do that.
