    Hi all

i have some solutions for the problems users can face trying to semi-tetherd jailbreak there ipod touch 2g.

Having problems with semi tetherd jailbreak:

    Look at this video: Click
download this zip file: ( arround 200mb! ) Click

Follow the tutorial in the video.
    why this works better:
the firmwire is made already all you got to do is upload it.
    Notice:

    when pasting commands like:
    Code:
    arm7_go
    arm7_stop
    /exit
Dont forget to press enter at the /exit ( you see the last command not executed else! ) a proper /exit says : closing usb connection.

This firmwire has no installer but cydia working!

    Winterboard:

    Having problems with winterboard?

    use this tutorial: Click

IMPORTANT: Do not reboot your ipod if you install winterboard!!! follow the tutorial and make sure you have ssh installed on your ipod!

For booting in jailbroken mode use decovery for a proper boot.

at me it says the itunes logo for a min and then it goes to the springboard with all data i wanted. how can i get that logo away? or have i just be paitence?

just wait...It won't kill you to wait an extra minute or so.

But yeah, that video is alright.
Helped me get the Semi working. Couldn't get my Cydia working right. Lol.

But then I couldn't boot up into Normal Mode because of something I installed, so I just went back to tethered.

Everyone is using the custom firmware for the semi-tether and this is technically illegal :X
