I recently posted a thread describing some issues that happened after I jailbroke my 2g iPod touch

I looked around the site to see if anyone else has come across the same issue
I did see a few posts tired their remedies but not all of the problems that I am experiencing are present so i figured that they did not have the same case

Here is a list of some of the issues that I have been having after I jailbroke my iPod Touch

the system randomly crashes during songs while watching a movie or just when the device is idle.

when the system crashes I am usually forced to restart the device

sometimes when the device crashes when it's idle it shows a black screen and it has also been known to drain battery life even at full charge.

sometimes the only way to get the device back up and running is by connecting it to the system but usually soon after the device crashes.

I have tried the following jailbreak programs

    redtool quickfreedom

as well as viewing the forums and following the directions that the other users have suggested but to no avail

this is the second touch that I have owned that has had the same problems

if anyone happens to have any ideas please feel free to post

    thanks

I've had none of those problems at all. Have you done the NOR-Only method? People have been having performance issues with that from what I've heard.

i suggest restoring to an official apple firmware, downloading quickpwn (the official redsn0w beta one from the dev team) and running that, it should fix ur problems, which ive never heard of b4 btw

Use QuickPwn and you shouldn't have these problems.

Try restoring back to factory settings and see if you still have these problems, then try using Quickpwn again.
