have method smooth jailbreak from 1.1.1 to 1.1.2?

    i mean , have method can let ppl jailbreak 1.1.2 also keep the old 1.1.1 stuff (everything i used in 1.1.1 before)?

    It keeps my old settings, just had to re-install the apps.
    But for example, my mails were still in the iPod. All I had to do is reinstall Mail to read them and get my new mail with my wifi connection (the wifi settings were also preserved

    Actually there are two partitioned disks in the iPod Touch. The smaller one (about 300M) is where firmware is stored. The larger one is where user dada is stored. When you update firmware to 1.1.2, only the smaller disk is written with the image file. All your data and setting on the larger disk is kept untouched. You only need to reinstall the applicatons.
