Has anyone used Volume Boost yet

    i was wondering befor i use it
    dose it make the sound all distorted?
    dose it sound good
    and if i download it can i un install it and it will back to the factory limit settings?

    i dont wanna install it and then decided i dont like it and have it be stuck on there and then re jailbreak my ipod

    I use it and it kind of doesnt do anything. I cant hear any difference in sound quality or volume.

    There was a recent (two weeks?) update that reverted my sound to normal. At least that's what it seems like. D:.
    There isn't much difference anyway.

    I've heard it's not that much of a difference.
    I've also heard it's REALLY loud.

    But you should consider the risks of installing it - Apple put a limit for a reason.
    There is a chance you can break them by blasting the music. Be careful.

    haha i'm a drummer i play in a band im around loud music every day so hurting my ears and risking my hearing lost is way past due lol
    my hearing is bad enough and plus if your gonna expierance music you should expierance music the way it should be LOUD WOOT WOOT LOL haha

    Lol, he was talking about breaking the iPod's speakers, not your ears.

    Or just change the volume of the songs instead.
    Just highlight all your music in iTunes, Right click~>Get Info~>Options~>Volume Adjustment.
    And push it to 100%. I haven't heard any loss in quality (unless the song started with bad quality in the first place).

    It makes keyboard and unlock sounds ridiculously loud, especially when plugged into an external speaker or headphones. lol
