So I was just turning off my 3G (it was jailbroken), and later on I plugged it back in and it went straight to recovery mode out of nowhere! Has anyone else had this issue?

ibooty? Oh no my 3G doesn't need that (it works perfectly now after the restore), I'm just curious if this had happened to others. Because this was the first time I've ever experienced this.

I've only ever achieved this on purpose, which is by holding the home button why plugging it in, takes it to recovery mode.

Maybe you pressed/held it by accident?

I just turned off my 3G, plugged into the computer and hour later without pressing anything, and it went straight to recovery mode. I thought it was weird cause that never happened to my touch and 3Gs. Oh well, everything is fine now after a restore

You're lucky you can even get into recovery mode.

Use iRecboot 3.1.3 to kick it outta recovery. The latest version if I'm wrong
