so, before i do this, i am backing up my whole ipod touch on iphone suite...its taking a long time, is this normal? and should i even be doing this? i just dont want to lose anything that i already have on my ipot, so is there a way to create a custom .ipsw without restoring?

or am i just being a complete idiot and dont understand what to do? lol could someone please post a mini-guide on what to do, so that i dont lose ANYTHING from my current jailbroken 1.1.4?

    thanks in advance
