Has anyone else had to wait? if so how long?

    I received an invoice from itunes the other day saying that i'd purchased an item from the appstore which i hadnt (it was only £1.19), so i emailed them telling them that i hadnt purchased it. I wasnt expecting them to suddenly close my whole account down AND ban the card that i had registered with my account!

    At the moment i'm unable to download a single thing from the appstore

    I've not got another card, so i've GOT to get this one reactivated!

    I emailed them asking to reactivate my account AND my card and i'd change my account password, but received an email 5 days ago saying:

    'Finding a solution for you is important to me, so I have requested assistance with the issue you reported. You will receive an email after the matter has been investigated and further information is available.'


    Has anyone else ever had this problem??

    If so how long have you had to wait before the account is reactivated?

    They're still all hyped up from when that Japanese guy used other people's iTunes accounts to buy his iBooks. They're just being secure, and don't want anyone (Not even you) to have access to your money, so they blocked the credit card. Just be patient. BTW, what app was it?

    It was the 'Color Splash' app.

    Cant really fault them, they did refund the app on the exact same day of reporting it.

    I'm just hoping it doesnt take too long, i need more apps!
