well today i restored my iPod to get ready for next weeks ios4 but i remembered i had very important notes (ie. cc #s) lmao so when the restore finished i decided to back up from a recent backup it backed up perfectly but it looks to be jailbroken cause the i had the battery percentage before and my name as a custom carrier but there still the same as the jailbreak but no signs of cydia.. or jailbrek stuff besides the top bar? so my question is is it still jailbroken?

    No.

That happens when you restore from a jailbroken back-up.
